Cementerio de la Chacarita

People streamed into Buenos Aires’ Cementerio de la Chacarita to visit the grave of Santa Isabel Mariano Acosta on her birthday. Because many believe that she performed miracles throughout her life, people brought flowers, notes, photographs, signs and candles to honor her and ask for her blessings. Her son, Hermano Miguel Maresco, sat outside the entrance to her grave and blessed people as he listened to their concerns.

  1. I have a problem with the overall premise of your article but I still think its really informative. I really like your other posts. Keep up the great work. If you can add more video and pictures can be much better. Because they help much clear understanding. 🙂 thanks
